Memory Support Program Manager

Full-Time Benefited Exempt, Tuesday - Saturday To be successful in the role, you would have:
Work Duties Keeps the HumanGood Memory Support Program Philosophy at the core of all planning and implementation of activities and care to meet the specific needs of residents; Supervises Team Members in the Memory Support; supervision includes management of work schedules, hiring, training, evaluating, employee development, coaching, discipline, salary increases, and adjustments; Leads by example and collaborates with Community Life Coordinator to ensure team members engage residents in programs What's in it for you? Eligible positions (30
